We are looking for an office administrator to work very closely with the company director.

Our client is in the electromechanical industry.

Duties would be:

Dealing with general telephone enquiries

Liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email

Purchase and Sales order processing using Sage accounts

Acknowledge of sales order receipt to customers

Production and distribution of job sheets to relevant staff

Production of dispatch notes and customer invoices

Management of records/filling

Purchase invoice and statement reconciliation

Issuing Bacs payment and Bank Transfers

Remittance to suppliers

General office management
