 To work with the customer support team, providing day to day support for the national account customers. As a team member you will be responsible for internal and external customers and to ensure their needs are met at all times.


  • Supporting the admin team
  • Providing high quality customer care
  • Ensuring all calls are met and dealt with efficiently
  • Day to day logging of all customer service accounts
  • Dealing with inbound & outbound calls
  • Dealing with the online portal
  • Informing customers of potential problems, as well as recording and investigating issues

Person Specification:

  • Computer literate to an intermediate level
  • Previous customer service experience (minimum of 12 months)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • To work well under pressure

Working Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00am to 5:30pm

Area: Salmon Fields (Royton)

Salary: £18,250 per annum
