Legal Secretary/Conveyancing Assistant

We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary/Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-established law firm based in the heart of Oldham.

You will be required to have previous legal secretarial/legal assistant experience within property and ideally experience of using a case management system.

You will be working within a friendly team assisting with the day to day conveyancing process including dealing with client’s enquiries and provide updates, chasing documentation, typing of general correspondence, dealing with the transitional documentation involved in sales, purchase and the re-mortgage files.

All applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a Legal/Conveyancing role to be considered.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: Dependent on experience

Area: Oldham
