We are looking for an Administrator (Conference and Review Clerk) to work on a temporary basis in Hyde.

£8.45 per hour.



Excellent organisation and time management skills, working in a busy office environment.

Key roles will include, administrative support to allocate meetings and support Child Protection Case Conference Chairs.

Ability to convene meetings and liaise with all relevant agencies.

Organise and prepare venue, collate reports and information for Child Protection conferences.

The applicant will require excellent forward facing customer service skills in order to ‘meet and greet’ family members and agency representatives.

The Role will require the applicant to minute meetings and Child Protection conferences, which would require typing while in conference to capture fast paced conversation and children’s safeguarding information.

The minutes once authorised will be distribute as required in line with data protection protocol.

The Role requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills in order to respond to telephone enquiries and requests for information.

Comply with all procedures in relation to administrative processes and the handling of information. Maintain manual and computerised information systems.

Participate as part of the Conference and Review Team, in the planning and development of the Service.

To undertake such other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post, and are commensurate with the levels of responsibility.

The Role will include all relevant training and equipment.
