Customer Service Advisor

£7.95 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, working from 9:00am to 8:00pm (various shifts available)

Rochdale Town Centre

Responsibilities and Duties:

This role will be to contact customers on behalf of clients to generate leads for a specific time and date, minimal cold calling as most contacts will be existing customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Telesales – proven experience on achieving targets in B2B and B2C environment
  • Experience in a customer facing/contact role
  • Automotive knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Consultative approach – quality over quantity.
  • Organised and determined to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate keyboard skills.
  • Extremely professional and confident in your telephone ability and be able to build rapport quickly and easily and will have the skills to overcome objections.
