Customer Service Advisor
£7.95 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, working from 9:00am to 8:00pm (various shifts available)

Responsibilities and Duties:
This role will be to contact customers on behalf of clients to generate leads for a specific time and date, minimal cold calling as most contacts will be existing customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Telesales – proven experience on achieving targets in B2B and B2C environment
- Experience in a customer facing/contact role
- Automotive knowledge would be advantageous.
- Consultative approach – quality over quantity.
- Organised and determined to succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate keyboard skills.
- Extremely professional and confident in your telephone ability and be able to build rapport quickly and easily and will have the skills to overcome objections.
